Ashish has managed, renovated, operated, developed and owned more than a dozen hotels over the past 15 years comprising over $600 million in asset value. Since 2017, Ashish has directly overseen more than $36 million of hotel renovations on 1,500 keys (average renovation of $24,000 per key). He has also successfully executed the re-branding and repositioning of a number of assets, with a track record of significant value creation.


Previously, Ashish was a Principal at Fortuna Realty Group where he was the head of acquisitions and property management for over 1,000 keys and 700 personnel. Prior to Fortuna, Ashish was a Real Estate Investment Banker at Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Suisse.


Prior to becoming a Banker, Ashish was an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and served on active duty for four years. Ashish has a BA in Economics and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the USC and a JD from Concord Law School.


RECENT CASE STUDIES:


Ashish recently completed the renovation and re-branding of an independent property in Manteo, NC (Outer Banks) where he oversaw a construction budget of nearly $25,000 per key. Completed in just 3.5 months, the property is now an upscale independent boutique hotel.


Ashish also recently acquired and took over operations of the Trade Winds Inn in Rockland, ME. During the first three months under his management (and without executing any renovations) he has improved revenues at the property by nearly 50% over the previous owner’s operations the prior year.

Prior to joining LMA Hotels, Avni held various positions in the Journalism and Pharmacy fields. She was able to showcase her versatility from anchoring a news desk and relaying up to date news stories to leading team of clinicians as the pharmacy manager in high demanding NYC pharmacy.


Avni graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Pharmacy [Pharm D] from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Broadcast Journalism degree from New York Film Academy.

Rich Rebidue is a standout figure in the field of revenue management, garnering recognition from peers and colleagues as an industry leader. In a span of just over five years, he founded and established RevROC as a premier Revenue Management service provider, serving over 70 hotels and resorts.


Renowned for his proficiency in driving superior market share, Rich’s expertise extends to multiple brands and independent properties, showcased through meticulous market segmentation across all distribution channels.

Yogesh, a Partner at KKM CPA Associates, is a true visionary with a knack for preemptively addressing challenges. With extensive years of expertise in accounting, financial planning, taxation, and business advisory, he brings an entrepreneurial approach to averting issues before they arise.


Licensed as a CPA in the state of New York and a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Yogesh’s professional acumen and dedication are invaluable assets in navigating the intricacies of financial management.

As the President of Blue Water Benefits Consulting, Ruthann is a distinguished figure with a remarkable 38-year journey in human resources and employee benefits. Her expertise spans both the consulting sector and the employer’s perspective, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the landscape.


Having served as a compensation and benefits manager for a significant international employer, Ruthann’s insights are grounded in firsthand experience with compliance requisites across the U.S., Canada, and various European countries. Over the past years, she has dedicated her efforts to healthcare reform, becoming a recognized authority in the field. Since the inception of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Ruthann has extended her expertise to educate insurance agents and accountants about the intricacies and repercussions of healthcare reform.
