Ashish has managed, renovated, operated, developed and owned more than a dozen hotels over the past 15 years comprising over $600 million in asset value. Since 2017, Ashish has directly overseen more than $36 million of hotel renovations on 1,500 keys (average renovation of $24,000 per key). He has also successfully executed the re-branding and repositioning of a number of assets, with a track record of significant value creation.


Previously, Ashish was a Principal at Fortuna Realty Group where he was the head of acquisitions and property management for over 1,000 keys and 700 personnel. Prior to Fortuna, Ashish was a Real Estate Investment Banker at Cantor Fitzgerald and Credit Suisse.


Prior to becoming a Banker, Ashish was an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and served on active duty for four years. Ashish has a BA in Economics and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the USC and a JD from Concord Law School.


RECENT CASE STUDIES:


Ashish recently completed the renovation and re-branding of an independent property in Manteo, NC (Outer Banks) where he oversaw a construction budget of nearly $25,000 per key. Completed in just 3.5 months, the property is now an upscale independent boutique hotel.


Ashish also recently acquired and took over operations of the Trade Winds Inn in Rockland, ME. During the first three months under his management (and without executing any renovations) he has improved revenues at the property by nearly 50% over the previous owner’s operations the prior year.

Prior to joining LMA Hotels, Avni held various positions in the Journalism and Pharmacy fields. She was able to showcase her versatility from anchoring a news desk and relaying up to date news stories to leading team of clinicians as the pharmacy manager in high demanding NYC pharmacy.


Avni graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Pharmacy [Pharm D] from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Broadcast Journalism degree from New York Film Academy.
